In January 2009, Olivier Sévillia joined the Capgemini Group’s Executive Committee as CEO of Strategic Business Units in the Application Services Business Line in Continental Europe.
In January 2014 Olivier Sévillia joined the Group Executive Board and his role expanded to steering two additional Global Strategic Business Lines: Business Services (BPO) and Capgemini Consulting. From January 2016 he also steered the Group’s Digital strategy and initiatives.
From July 2018 until December 2020, Olivier Sévillia was CEO of the newly formed Capgemini’s Europe Strategic Business Unit, across all Group’s Business Lines (50% of Group’s revenues).
From January 2021 to December 2024, Olivier Sévillia was Capgemini’s Group Chief Operating Officer. In this role Olivier Sévillia was responsible for all the Group’s Strategic Business Units along with Group strategic clients & global sales.
Olivier Sévillia holds a Master of Science in IT from ENSIIE (1987) and is a graduate from HEC Paris (1990), where he gained an MBA and from the Stanford Business School Executive Program (SEP 2008).
Olivier Sévillia also strongly supports the institutions where he studied, having been the Chairman of the board of ENSIIE (where he obtained his Master of Science in IT). He is currently the Chairman of the HEC Paris Foundation, the President of the Strategic Committee of HEC’s Board and a major donor to HEC.
